Except for food not his was good .. I would rate it as average. Food was good. Room was bad, cleanliness was ok ok.

The stay here is quite good like the care taker and manager everyone is good but rooms and beds were not cleaned properly the food was good and also tasty

It was really amazing 😍 one should experience the view and the food 😜 and the management is very friendly

It was average like the rooms were not that clean. But resort was good with very nice view. Hygiene was the issue in the washroom.

Cons: 1. Overpriced for the subpar facilities provided. 2. No room service; even basic drinking water had to be fetched, with the provided bottle being rusted. 3. No toiletries or kettle for warm water in the room. 4. Broken toilet window invited insects at night. 5. Bathing water wasn’t hot despite a long wait, forcing cold showers. 6. Food quality was poor; chicken was undercooked. 7. Inconvenient pathways to rooms and dining area, unsafe for seniors or children. 8. No signboards on approach roads, making the property difficult to locate. Pros: Nice views from the location. Overall, the views couldn’t compensate for the lack of basic amenities and poor service. Not recommended unless major improvements are made.

Pravat Premium Plantation Stay Cottage in Mudigere offers an incredible escape amidst nature. The location is stunning, with the dining area featuring a viewing deck that overlooks the serene hills—a must-visit spot on the property. The cottage we stayed in was uniquely designed with a triangular shape and a translucent front, providing a wonderful view of the surrounding greenery. Lunch and dinner were excellent, though the breakfast was quite average in comparison. The staff were welcoming, and it was a pleasure to chat with the property owner. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful setting! Must visit place.

The property is nestled within a serene coffee plantation, offering a peaceful environment. Staff is very nice but, few things to note, 1. *access roads: the road leading to the designated parking area is not very convenient. 2. *cottage accessibility: reaching the individual cottages can be challenging, especially for children and senior citizens, as it requires going up and down from the restaurant. 3. *food quality: the food is average, with limited variety. 4. *room service: food is not served in the rooms, which can be inconvenient.

2 adults and 2 toddlers. Last minute planning. The whole town and surroundings are nice. Property is on msin road and easy to locate. However ramp from road to the property parking is steep and was challenging for my automatic sedan. Staff esp dikshit is polite, and helpful. Food menu and taste wasn't something we liked. Overall place is hilly and i wouldn't recommend this with toddlers who are yet to develop independent sense of danger. Compared to other stays i have had, i feel this is overpriced.

The bed was smelly and damp, room could be maintained better, water goes inside the room. Not so comfortable and pleasant, but the food was good, the caretaker over there is welcoming and cooperative

I have recently (15th june, 2024) stayed in pravat plantation stay and it was a pleasant experience. Amid-st the nature, it gave us a decent view of the hills, coffee plantations and forest scenery directly from the room balcony and from the dining area. Hospitality shown by the staff especially dikshit was excellent and they are friendly and helpful. Though the food options are limited yet they are tasty and hygiene. Overall it was a great stay and looking forward to revisit once again in the future. Not recommended for family with elder people’s as they may face little struggle in climbing up the stairs to the rooms.

Our stay was absolutely delightful. We had opted for the independent studio wooden cottage with view. The unforgettable experience was the stunning view from the room through glass frame with the gentle sound of birds chirping. Another highlight is the hospitality of the staffs. There are few steps leading to the property entrance so please plan accordingly.

I had an awesome stay. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Food was good. The place is very close to nature. You wake up admits of trees. There is an indoor playing room also.

Planning could have been better, for example room service, getting down 70 steps for a cup of bed coffee isnt my way of waking. Also, since the climate is cold, an electric kettle, cup and some coffee and milk sachets would go a long way. Thank you.

It’s one of the worst ever places you can stay at! Listed below are the bad experiences I faced during my stay here - [ ] Smelly rooms - [ ] Unclean rooms with dust all over - [ ] Stained and dusty carpets (not vacuumed) - [ ] Dirty unwashed footrests for washroom and main entrance - [ ] Gaps in the wooden wall—any tiny insects and small snakes can easily enter the room - [ ] Dirty and smelly napkins and towels - [ ] Drinking water in old unclean glass bottles - [ ] Stained and torn bed sheets and pillow covers - [ ] Broken curtain rods that fall over your head when trying to close the curtains (happened to my husband) - [ ] Unhygienic kitchen with cats roaming freely inside and maybe even tasting some of your food before you do as they don’t keep the food covered with a lid (happened to my baby’s food) - [ ] Horrible food quality and taste Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve faced! And since their payment system was non-refundable, I couldn’t even go to another place as I’d already paid and it was plus for two horrible rooms!

Location is very good staff are very supportive service is very good. Giving 3 star due they charged over price. Stay was including food. Non veg they served one dish and for veg also one food.

There is no ac or cooler provided as we are not able to sit in my room. Food is not good. Definitely needs improvement

Place is great to stay with no touch to outside world. Good food prepared by the chef. Limited staff but very helpfull.
