Review Of Pratap Residency

After I booked the rooms, I went to the property but the receptionist told there were no rooms available. It was 11:30pm and I had to book rooms on another hotel. Receptionist told I'll get a refund and when I contacted they've escalated the issue and it's been 14days, I didn't get any resolution.

The location is good , but the WiFi connectivity is very bad even after complaining there is no response we stayed for two days without wifi in the room

Overall good hotel. Room was good but we need to ask for everything like towels, etc. Good location, close to bus stop and many restaurants.

While showing photo it's look fantastic but reality very poor and price also too high.

Excellent location and very convenient for both bus and train travel. Good hygienic place to stay and relax. Sizes of the rooms are also very big so that you don't suffocate for space

Clean rooms Good service by staff

Ac is not working. No basic amenities. Nothing else

Room was decent, but the reception staff are idiots of the highest order. They switch off the ac main switch during the day time and we need to remind them to switch it on every time. The bald guy who is present during the night time should be fired immediately, always fighting with people and not completing any guest requests! idiots!

The room was good, clean, toilets good. The hotel does not have food services. An arrangement of electric kettle and tea bags need to be in the room. Location is very good.

Hotel staff refuse to provide the bath soap as as per their guideline if we book from make my trip then they don’t give any kind of bath equipment’s

The hotel was clean tidy and well behaved only the lift and ac is not working properly sometime

Hotel is good. But if you are traveling to hospet with your car then this place is not for you. This guys are having worst parking location under the hotel basement where it's really difficult to park the car and remove the car out of parking one mistake and your car will be damaged as parking is very congested. Also if you are late then you have to park car on the road which is again very very risky as people in hospet are having worst driving as per my experience. So don't book if you are going with your car.

When we reported this issue to front desk, the front dest said the 5rooms are in lease with 3rd party and they are not giving them a slot to fumigate the rooms.

Room is neat but they dont have food services. They are little late it o resolve things.
