I stayed in Pratap Mahal the ambience, location and food was fantastic. I stayed there on my 40th birthday and amazed by the team . Mr. Brajendra who worked for 26 years with Taj properties is a gentleman personality who arranged a birthday cake in a short span of time. My kids had a nice time by using swimming pool and cycles.

I had a wonderful stay at Pratap Mahal. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a traditional Rajasthani touch, making the stay feel both comfortable and royal. The food was absolutely delicious with a good variety, and the staff made sure every meal was served with warmth and care.

Our stay at Pratap Palace Hotel in Pushkar was truly memorable. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful Rajasthani architecture and a serene atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. The hospitality was outstanding – the staff (Alok Singh, Mahendra Singh and Prem Singh) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. If you are planning to visit Ajmer Sharif or the Brahma Temple you can ask for contact from Prem Singh. Overall, Pratap Palace offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and authentic Rajasthani charm. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pushkar.

What an amazing experience it was 🙏🙂, barring the minor hiccups. The staff was really helpful and welcoming. Unique Dining is a must try if the budget permits. F&B - 10/10 Hospitality - 9/10 Location - 8.5/10 Views - 10/10 Facilities - 9/10 I would like to give big thanks to the entire staff (specially Mr. Satveer, Arvind, Mahendra, Rajesh, and all those who accompanied us for the cake cutting 😊). You all made our visit a memorable experience and I would surely recommend it to my friends.

Excellent up-keep of the property, courteous staff. Great food, but quite expensive; also food delivery apps don't work in the vicinity.

I gave an average rating because of a few things related to cleaniness which were not up to the standard of TAJ. The location is very good and the surrounding hills make a perfect view. The front, inside building and up to the courtyard was absolutely clean and maintained. The pool was neat and clean but for my utter surprise beyond the pool the garden was very dirty with long grass. i was unable to morning walk so went to gym but treadmill was not properly functional. AC not working and the worst part was the washroom adjoining gym. it seems like nobody even flushed it for 10 12 days. no tissues etc. As far as food is concerned the presentation and services were up to mark. Taste may very according to personal experience so no comments on that. Housekeeping inside hotel perfect. overall from my side a average to good rating as there

We stayed at this property from 1st to 3rd August 20205 our third time choosing a Taj hotel, which is a testament to the high expectations we’ve always associated with the brand. While the ambience was lovely and the food was enjoyable, there were certain aspects of our stay that left us quite disappointed. Firstly, the room felt quite average in terms of comfort and overall upkeep. What was most concerning was the housekeeping service, we request a bedsheet and linen change twice but the same bedsheet and linen was still in place and it was only after following up a third time in person that the request was finally fulfilled. This was unexpected, especially considering the standards Taj usually maintains. Another major concern was during the dinner buffet. We were informed and reconfirmed twice by one of the staff members present at the dinner that the buffet was priced at ₹850 plus taxes per person. However, when the bill was presented, it stated ₹1850 plus taxes per person. This was quite surprising and disappointing which felt really wrong. While we truly appreciate the aesthetics and the culinary experience, these service-related lapses significantly impacted our overall stay. We are sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken constructively, and the level of service that Taj is known for is upheld consistently. We do hope someone from the management will take note of this and reach out, as we’ve always held Taj in high regard.

The place was good but the biryani was not good at all which I ordered for dinner. The rest of the experience was satisfied

This was my first experience with the taj property in the Ajmer and it was amazing food and other services were excellent also the staff the manager mr Rajesh and the house keeping incharge Mahendra was very helpful throughout the stay memorable experience we would love to visit again here 10/10 ratings

Swimming pool of the hotel was too crowded and small. Indoor games facility was also maintained poorly. Otherwise it was great.

Although this property isn’t very big but it feels like a complete resort with all the necessary points checked. It has a sense of coziness and comforting environment. The staff here is supportive and smiling, the rooms are spacious and very well maintained, the environment in and around this property is serene and peaceful, the food and other services are great !

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! I had a great experience using Make my trip and would definitely use it again for future trips.
