Terrible Stay
My experience here was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the staff, especially at the reception, was very rude and unprofessional — It seems the resort rules and regulations mean nothing to them. The swimming pool has unnecessary restrictions — guests are not allowed to play music freely, and the staff behave as if they are doing a favor by allowing access. Most of the staff seem interested only in getting tips, not in genuine hospitality. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and professionalism.

It was in very nice location, the view from room is excellent also the room was neat and clean, staffs are also very nice and co-operative,but the food variety is less in the resturant which is quiet dissapointing, overall experience was good

Location is very nice but the resort service is not up to the mark where some basic issues like driver stay are too costly.

Excellent Stay
The location is as usual beautiful and just infront of the sea. The cool breeze and the pool is great. The food is excellent and always exceeds expectations. The services are top notch and the rate is fare barring on spot booking cost of these locations which varies from month to month.

Average Stay
In a place like mondermoni dishes made of frozen prawn was unacceptable to us. We could'nt just take it, they should have told us beforehand. We are fish lovers and got disheartened. The variety was limited in the breakfasts.

This hotel was good but the room facilities are not good like my one room AC was not working properly and for 2 pax they provide 1 complement water bottle, in my room tariff evening tea and snacks are included but they didn't provide us and the checkout policy need to improve.

Good Stay
This was my second visit to Prashant Beach Resort in just four months, and it was as delightful as the first. The property is right by the sea, with every room offering both sea and pool views, plus a spacious, hygienic room and wide balcony and very importantly have lift facility.Amenities include a small fridge, a large couch, cupboard, TV, and payable snacks. Bathroom was comparatively wide with all the modern amenities like a beautiful bathtub, geyser.We ordered dinner and it was delicious. Overall, an amazing experience once again.

room given doesn't match wth the pictures given.. we were given a ground level room without any balcony.. it was just a box room without.. where as we had booked seeing pictures of room with balcony..

Good property at Prime location
The property is at very prime place, staff were good especially Dilip the Restaurant Manager. The room which was given on day one was too savvy full of water seepages, second day on my request the room was changed, it was better than the room for day one. The rooms needs to go on major maintenance . Overall the experience was good.

Good Stay
Property location is excellent and food was great as well. Need to work on cleanliness and maintenance as had to ask room service to clean tables and floor after checkin and had to engage maintenance guys to fix fan switches and regulator. This was not expected considering we stayed in most premium room at front paying above 5k
