Resort was very nice , we booked 2 triple bedded rooms , we requested on the same floor a day before but was denied and was asked to take one room and another they will provide in an hour but we got the second room at 3.30 PM and while we were in 1st room the linen was torn and room was also very dirty we requested it was done , coming to food , we had the worst lunch , as we complained about the food nothing was done , Overall Staff Behaviour was Very Rude while we were complaining , Messaged this full episode to the Owner also Yesterday but no reply till now.
