Review Of Prakash home stay

Location is good. Room is very big and we felt like our home. Hosts are very helpful and caring. Stay is 1km from the heart of the city.

Stay was nice and owner also has good behaviour and the place is also good and the palace is clean and cool.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly. He suggested all the activities. About the room, it was clean with 3 beds.

Owner of the property is a polite person. However it is just a ordinary room converted for guests with leftover linens and other material. No food, u have to go out at least 700 m. U may get tea if requested but u do not want to disturb a family to have tea. All in all average stay and probably a little pricey for the facilities they give.

Stay is okay for a day but lacks good connectivity, in-house amenities like tv, running hot water, toiletries etc. Accommodation might require some make our for comfort. Best part of the stay is host himself who is really kind, helpful and informative. Made some good suggestions about eateries, place to visit and activities happening in the town.

Rooms are not comfortable.

This was my first time to visit a homestay and I really did not expect much from it. I booked the stay based on the reviews I saw on MMT and I personally found it very accurate as the host Mr Sandesh was extremely helpful and caring on our arrival. We felt as if we are visiting our own relative house. The host was kind enough to let us know the surroundings of the place and being a local he guided us to make a perfect itinerary for next days. Sandesh himself will guide where to go and which place would be best to visit based on season. The room was very big and can accomodate 4 people easily. beds were fine, washroom is western style and it was clean. the only con I can highlight is the ceiling was damped with water droplets and it was seeping continuously, if that's fixed then it will be 5 star place to stay. besides they also offer veg and nonveg thali but you need to inform them in advance. all and all and big thumbs to the host and his family. all the best 😇

The homestay is bit interior from main road. But the surroundings are peaceful and clean. Room is spacious and host hep-led us to get a decent travel package with a local person.

The host was awesome and was more than eager to help. The bathroom was not very good. If you are used good clean and hygienic conditions then this place is avoidable

Worth staying here with great homely food and great comfort

The place is very peaceful and nice. Had a comfortable Stay. Host- Sandesh is really good. He greeted us nicely and arranged a vehicle and water sports for us.

Nice hospitality with great location

The owner was helpful. He arranged all the sightseeing Around Dandeli. The food they provided was excellent. We interacted with him and his family at personal level. Very good and kind hearted parents.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Stay, food and activities provided by Mr Laad, very good place to Stay in Dandeli be it friends or family group.

If you are planning to do River rafting a few water games in Dandeli. It's one of the best place you can reach. The hospitality they gave was amazing and almost felt like Home. And if you could make a call before you check-in. Owner himself will arrange all kinds of water packages. We are satisfied with the Stay completely

It is very excellent place for family who wish for peaceful surrounding and far away for main City. The surrounding is beautiful one can go morning or evening stroll. Even though the place is little bit far away from City it is safe and secure. The food is prepared at Home itself and the food is very tasty. If you are staying at this place, my sincere advise is not to eat any food from outside as the food prepared at Prakash Home Stay is best and will not get such tasty food in any restaurant in Dandeli. The host Mr. Prakash lad and his son Sandesh lad are very good hosts and will ensure all the way so that your Stay is comfortable Ulhas Kotur
