location: okay 👍 food : average, very less menu and time bound plus no service/delivery in the room. amenities: good services: very poor, they do not change the bedsheet and towels evryday, they do not give water bottle evryday. there is no one to manage the hotel and provide better service

Property was not well maintained. Main door lock at lobby entrance was broken and penthouse main door could not be closed from inside. Penthouse living room, kitchen all were not maintained and was not ready to be use. Its like some old home which was locked for quite a long time. No landline phone was available to reach out any room service. Locationwise, it is location around 100 m in gali from main road which should be highlighted to all travellers before booking. It is actually a dharmshala type. One gets hotel room with breakfast with in price range offered by this property.

However, i didn't get much time to spend at the hotel. But truly saying, the stay was pleasant here. The location is just 500 meters away from the is-con temple, so definitely an added advantage. Just a few things, if improved here can make this stay home a brilliant place to stay. 1) washrooms need regular cleaning. 2) outside of our room door is a mini store which makes the stay a bit untidy. 3) the kitchen was provided to us here. But the sinks are in a very bad state, the fridge was there but the same condition. 4) most of the sockets don't work. 5) tv is there in both the rooms but they don't work. So, it's of no use. 5) the mess area (dining area) needs more refurbishment. Currently, it's not very tidy.

property at 4 floor / rooftop of a new building which was under renovation. although 2bhk penthouse is same as per description. clean & hygiene. kitchen sink required some maintenance. feels like a luxury home stay. location is near Fogla ashram which is the center of vrindavan & all famous temples 🛕 & Ghats are nearby ( within 1-2 Km ). care taker has to clarify a few things like Parikrma or no entry 🚫 in city so that everyone can make their plan accordingly. Due to this communication gap, we have to roam around the property for 1& half hour as all the routes are closed due to parikrama overall a good 👍 experience.
