Review Of Paradise Hotel

Paid 2500 per room. No ac was there, room was very dirty, toilet condition was worst. Totaly i waste the money and my and i lost my confidence to make my trip. That was only make my money the mediator was. Regards sarif

The rooms were covered in dust and their was spider webs all around. The water in the bathroom taps were yellow n muddy, very unhygienic to even use while brushing. The bed sheets were dirty and had food stains on a few of them. And i suffered from itching while using those blankets n sheets, there must be bed bugs. Only thing good about s the hotel was its helpful staff and the food was decent. But maintenance of hygiene has been neglected completely.

Hotel is unhygenic.. In breakfast u cant have paratha n coffee, coffee is chargeable. With pratha u cant hv egg as per hotel policy otherwise chargble. The funniest part is that after paying rs3000 per night u r provided with a complimentary water bottle in your room. Waiters don't hv uniforms. Worst stay ever,

We were 5 people staying in 3 rooms. It was one of the worst experiences. Everything from food to bathroom were disgusting. They don't even have a proper mosquito repellent. Bathrooms were dirty and leaking.

Once upon a time, Paradise Hotel was the best hotel in Jorhat Town. I have stayed here on more than 3 times earlier. Unfortunately now it is not what it used to be. What I liked, professional and friendly reception, quality of food, size of rooms. What I did not like limited choice of food in breakfast, yellow colour water in the bathroom, lack of maintenance of the rooms and bathroom, window AC in the rooms, general cleanliness.

Location is good. But property is very old. So lot of sound comes from bed, bathroom gate, main gate.

Needs renovation and improvements.

3rd class hotel in Jorhat.

Hotel was good, its location also good, they also given me room in early morning so that its helpful and I fresh. Hotel staff was also helpful.

The location is great. The maintenance part is zero. Cleanliness is poor. Places like Jorhat, this hotel can renovate their rooms instead of continuing 35 years old building.

Hotel has not sufficient household like sleepers, dental kit, etc. And the bathroom quality is poor.

Given a single room, it was spacious and cozy with windows and natural light. I would suggest them to change the towels and blankets in the cupboard.

I stayed for a single night. At a 2 am there was power cut and the power didn't come back for 30 mins, after that had to call reception about the situation and they called the electrician, after the half-hour the electrician came and said the fuse went off. Had to stay in dark for 1 hour till now. Then they shifted to another room where no ac is provided until morning 5 am. Had to literally sleep on the floor in room because it was more than 30 degrees. At 5.30 am there was no water to take a bath or to use the washroom. Have to wait for 1 and a half hour for water. It was a disastrous stay.

I don't received the 2nd days breakfast. Communication is totally bad.

Excellent service. Good food. Cleanliness is maintained.

It's a very good place, I love the location of the hotel and the facilities of the hotel are very nice and they behave well.
