Property was new and good. But it was not of 3 star quality. Had to ask for foot mat and water. Not sufficient place to keep luggage for 2 persons.

The rooms and the service at par. Wished there was a table to have the dinner. Otherwise it was as i expected. This is my second stay here.

The hotel was clean also the receptionist was super cool. This hotel is comparable to any luxury hotels chains. Only the TV was odd rest everything was okay!

The Monarch located in a prime Location. From where auto is always available. The hotel is very well decorated. Daily room cleaning was done. Food is also good. Staffs are very well beheaved and helpful. It is a nice stay at Jorhat.

Property's food and location was good. Also behaviour of the staff was also good.

I liked the bathroom most, spacious & clean. Room service also good. Food wasnot available due to Holi festival. But room was cozy
