Room though bigger in size but very old (Window AC), Reception behaviour horrible, upon arrival, receptionist boy said “what do you want” no hi, no hello. One of the caretakers stared at me as if I am an unwanted person there. Breakfast is terrible. Restaurant people were good. Hotel owner seems to have lost interesting running the hotel, no discipline no courtesy nothing.

Management & service quality are getting poor day by day. from 2021 to 2025 status reduced to 50%

the hotel room wwas clean, service was adequate , food was good, amenities were present

The stay was very good. The staff are very cordial and welcoming. But the water in the washrooms was not very clean

Hotel location, service and food are good. But the hotel should replace certain things like bedsheets, towels, bucket-mug, dustbin etc with new ones because those are worn out and stained.

Rooms are though clean, but the bathroom door is very dirty. The outlet vent of water gets blocked due to which there is difficulty in taking bath

The hotel is near isbt on the by pass road, the place is beautiful no doubt, but the basic facilities are less, like bath towel and soap, bed sheets are also dirty. Management needs to improve and maintain cleanliness

Behavior of staff is very polite. Food quality awesome. Location is ok but just at starting of bypass.

Location is away from main town, rooms are clean, bed is very comfortable staffs are good, geyser and tv is working well, toilet is clean and hygienic, food needs a huge improvement breakfast items need to be more flavourful.

Excellent service, courteous staff, well maintained room and facilities. Great stay option in Jorhat. Worth the money. Food was great as well.

Location of the hotel just at the right place and they had good food options with good food and spacious room.

Nobody picks up the phone at the reception and the restaurant. You find the reception unmanned when you approach for assistance. Limited breakfast menu and it was just pratha or uttapam on 15th june. No glass placed in the room for full 3 days.
