AC was not working properly there was mosquiotes in the room Room Service was late Foods quality and taste was bad For breakfast only oily puru sabji was available no other option available ecen the boiled egg was not available after they deliver 2 of its

Hotel heritage-suites is a newly built hotel. The staffs were really curteseous. They were ever smiling. Even they arranged for early morning breakfast for us as we requested though it was before their regular schedule. Basic aminities were all fine, foos was good and our requests were kept. Nice place to stay in jorhat. Room photos.
