HOTEL D ROYAL PALM

all were good except all rooms ac were not working properly but the staff was good. specially Mr Ahemad and Ms Parul

Room was comfortable and clean Service was good I had issue with the washroom, there was water clogging when you bath. That was the only issue So I have 4 star rating

I had a very good time staying at Royal D Palm as both the staff and services were upto to the mark. The staff was polite and accommodating, for the price it was the best experience. The wifi was a little spotty but overall I was satisfied with the experience. The food at the restaurant was great too. 8.5/10. Highly recommend.

I was staying 5days with my father...they cleaned the room only 2days... when we requested only then they cleaned it..but 3days out of 5days didn't clean... except that everything was good

Adv: convenient location. Easy to reach. Spacious rooms. Fitted with modern facilities. Reception and housekeeping staffs are well trained and supportive. Area to improve: being a new hotel should focus on proper cleaning in stead of routine cleaning otherwise looks much older than actual. Similarly to take care on linen etc.

Ordinary rooms. Dinner inclusive has a capping. Breakfast options too very limited. Stayed for the 1st time. Will keep this hotel only as standby option

We found d royal palm a good break from having lived in more primitive homestays and hostels in majuli. It was good to have a hot water shower again! the food is very good and the rooms well-maintained. The staff are very courteous and helpful.

It was nice staying there. It was a good experience. I would definitely recommend. At a point wifi wasn’t working but the staff took it seriously and they solved the wifi problem.
