I stayed in one of the suites - for the price it is good In room food is average and the management has to work on it to make it at least above average. There are dorm spaces for drivers at reasonable rates.

Stay was good,room was clean also bathroom was good but the breakfast was so so. And quantity of food is very less compare to other hotels also the price of food is high and dose not match with food quantity.

Terrible Stay
1. Room service was horrible. They took 3 hours to give us two bottles of water. 2. They did not maintain any customer privacy because they entered our room without our permission for house keeping while we were away for breakfast. 3. Delayed response by the receptionist and the kitchen team. 4. Food was average.

Good Stay
Staff is professional and took great care of us all throughout. Rooms are clean. Food is healthy and good. Only problem was the electricity kept going out on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay which would probably get fixed soon. Overall pleasant

Need improvement for value for money.
1. Need to improve the gym. No basic weights & no bench. Since the charges are very high they should provide the basic things like proper gym.

Comfortable stay in jorhat
The hotel is located in a quite area with plenty of parking space. The rooms are clean and linen given was new. The hotel staff were warm and courteous. They addressed all our needs as i was travel-ling with my mother. The only challenge was food. The breakfast was cold and not tasty. They should improve that.

Terrible Stay
The staff were not responsible enough in the hotel. They gave me the room without doing prior checks. There was a window in the bathroom which connected directly to the shaft and it was open. I only realised it next day. It was an absolute security breach. Moreover they didn’t take care of room properly. After mentioning 3 times that my bathroom needs refill of hand wash they didn’t do anything.
