Review Of GK PALACE PURE VEG HOTEL

The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. One of the best rooms i had in 3 months in india. The personal is friendly and sopportive. The location is good (near the junction)

It is alwz very good experience during my stays there. Mostly i sty-ed for official purpose. Staff is very supporting and the food is good and they alwz care for your special requests.

Floor was very dirty, washroom had wet used towel thrown on the floor, there was a used soap, no new soap given, wrong food served not as I ordered and the waiter told me I am lying. very bad hospitality. I could have used but I had no time for it.

Its my 7th visit to this hotel since 1st week of january

The location of the hotel is easy to find, the room has everything to suit all customers. The best thing is that all the staff of the hotel are very nice, overall the management of the hotel is very nice and attractive.

Hotel is ok. I have stayed for 2 nights. Food taste is good. Room service is ok. In every aspect hotel is average.

Food is ok but over price as per quality and quantity. Secondly the room they have provided us was ok but there was a problem of drainage system in bathroom. And the main door lock was not working in both the room. We had to ask for electric kettle. There was a problem of parking facilities as well. They also need to improve there buffet breakfast too

Pleasant stay in city and food quality was also good it's a complete veg hotel and restaurant located in middle of city and easy access to every corner of city.

As per the rate ratio, the hotel doesn't provide the services. The linens are damaged and they are used to serve guests.

The rooms where neat & clean the service was good but the only problem was the dining area. It was not clean at all. Also the furniture were all old with lot of stain marks on chairs i don't know but i didn't like it. Rest all was good

Floors were cleaned well. Rooms ' bathrooms were stinking, exhausts were not working. We changed rooms twice because of this issue. The third room we got did not have bathroom issue but the bedding was giving foul smell, may be because of moisture in the room. Overall so so experience.
