    I visit this hotel often on work. The room was nice and comfortable as usual. There was no hot water in the washroom. Breakfast spread was there, but all served cold. Good for a night's stay, but not great value for the tariff they are charging.

    It was ok ok i mean in bathroom there are insects and the towel has dirt in it. . The whole night there are some noise i don't know what kinda noise it was. I can't sleep properly cz of it. But i must say the staffs are very polite and nice

    Staff not cooperative, unhygienic, smelly room, there was no intercom in the room. For intercom, I had to keep on requesting. I had asked them to change the room as it was not good but that too they denied.

    I had an absolutely amazing time at Prism, the Boutique Hotel, Jorhat. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and super clean bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that there were no hand towel provided in the washroom. Other than that, I can’t find any fault in the place and will definitely go back.

    Stayed here for a business trip for 2 nights. Deluxe rooms are spacious and comfy, every care has been taken to keep all the stuff inside the room, be it bath kit, shaving kit, mirror, etc; and room had an office chair, desk, sofa chairs and table. Room service for food was quick and to the mark. Buffet breakfast was sumptuous and had adequate variety to sooth your belly. Great experience with respect to stay and hospitality the only concern was the repeated confirmation required at the reception for getting a gst bill, although the reception gave the same at the time of checkout. Only feedback to make-trip is that the customer should get a gst bill from hotel without any intervention, the receptio should itself ask, check and confirm about the same so as to avoid any annoyance felt by the customer during such discussion.

    Hotel staff is not responsive

    Hotel staff is not responsive. There was continuous noise in my room and my bed had vibrations due to that noice. I called them thrice to request for room change or some solution but they didn’t do anything until i literally went to the reception and requested them to come and check in the room. They changed the room after that but this wasted my time and i couldn’t sleep till late night.

    Disgusting experience

    I had my exam in jorhat and i could do without how i have been-treated by hotel employees and make my trip. After confirming my payment and me receiving my pnr number, i get a call from the hotel saying they are transferring my stay to another hotel (with much lower rent ) because apparently prism no longer had rooms available! i repeatedly asked for our money back but they won't return the money nor were they willing able to accommodate us. I reached out to make my trip so many times and the only assistance i received was " we are working on the problem. When we called the hotel again informing them that we would file a consumer complaint for such misdealings, they immediately relented and promised a room. We thought the problem was solved until we reached the hotel. We were allotted room 410 (an employee informed that it's the most congested and infrequently used room ) and it has to be the worst hotel experience we're ever had. They didn't even provide a dustbin in the bathroom, there were no bathroom doormat and water was all over the cramped room floor, we called house keeping so many times but there wasn't a single time when they picked up. Plus, the ' employee only' room right next to our room would constantly give out smell of cigarette smoke and our room would be full of it! when i called room service to request tissues ( because other channels on the intercom don't respond) they picked up and asked me to come down to the restaurant and get it myself ! (i never got any tissues btw. At the time of checkout aha-med ji from the reception even went as far as to say that since ours was a "third party booking, the hotel does not receive the money we paid - which is why we had to be given such a sub-par room" (and sub-par hospitality i guess) and encouraged us to not use make my trip but book directly with the hotel for future bookings. If that's the case, why list the hotel then? overall totally disgusted with the whole experience, i'm never going there again.

    Location is the prime advantage. Aside, rooms are spacious, clean. Food is hygienic and tasty. Would recommend to include more options on Assamese foods instead of standard menu. Room service could have been better.
