The staff was very helpful and the hotel is very clean. The taste of food was excelent

Not a good experience in terms of charges. I have extended my stay costed me double the charges which I was supposed to pay. Rude guy at the reservation desk, who was least bothered about the extra I had to pay. Food and location is good.

Foods are overpriced. Food Quality is very poor & unhealthy. Food price, Quality can't explain in words, these are worst. The third class way they serve the food is just like Foothpath style. Rooms are good, staff behaviour is also ok. Not recommended. They need to improve the food price & quality of food. Otherwise one of the most pathetic hotel in entire North East. MMT also making us fool by showing highest user ratings.

Your service is excellent, room is perfect for stay., comfortable room for couples and family, breakfast lunch dinner is also good. I am really happy for stay. It's not only good it's a outstanding

Food should have more varieties. Rooms should have been cleaned. Apart from that rooms are good, room service should be available till 7 am to 9 pm

Its a great hotel at Jorhat, but location is little bit interior, food is nice, specially the thali system they have in their menu is quite awesome. Service is also the great.

First, I had booked Gulmohar Grand, not Annexe Gulmohar Grand. It was clearly mentioned that I would get a city view from my room, but insist of that I get a room on the ground floor. Buffet breakfast was not available, loction was not near the main road. Just for the sake of company I had booked this form MMT my bizz, or else I was quite happy with my offline booking of Gulmohar Grand, and last but not the least MMT if you don't have proper information about the hotel, the. don't post details about the hotel while selecting hotel or rooms.

I stayed at a cottage 250 away from the main Hotel they dropped me off in their cars.Food also is gradt
