Review Of Hotel Bliss - A Boutique Hotel

I booked the hotel and when i reached there the hotel management told me that there is issue with the age and my money is not yet refunded

I loved everything about this hotel, from the room types, customer service, and amenities to the quiet pool area and lift facilities.

The place was easy to find, which was great. The food was way better than we expected, we had a sandwich and paratha for breakfast, then biryani and noodles for lunch. Everything tasted awesome The service was good too, and the staff were super helpful. Hope to visit again.. The place was easy to find, which was great. Room is good, breakfast could be better.

Hotel Bliss is a new hotel approx 500 meters away from the main market place. Currently construction work is going on. The room is specious, lift is there. However the washroom planning is not good. The bath area should have been separated by a glass panel or shower curtain. The entire washroom floor is getting flooded after a bath. The hotel has its own restaurant at the top. Food quality is good, they serve freshly prepared dishes. Check-in and check-out is hassle free. They have their own parking place.

The Staff are prompt in service and well mannered. Rooms are decent. Renovation work is going in the ground floor.

Bliss is a new/hotel under renovation. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly, food tasty. Breakfast didn't have a spread, but the staff kept trying to do their best to make it as pleasant as possible.

Room was very small. No mirror available in washroom. The only good was their breakfast. Room was overpriced.

You should tell company for deluxe room for manager

Hotel could not provide me room and had to wait for 25mins, although i reached hotel at 1:25pm and the room was booked 2 days prior. This has also happened before, totally unprofessional behaviour. After checking in the intercom connection was not working had to order room service via mobile call. Room service was terrible, they forgot to serve dinner. When i enquired after 10pm it was served after 20mins. Although dinner order was given on 8. 30pm.
