    Rooms weren’t clean . Front desk people asked for extra money . Cleaning staff entered the room with master key , we had not asked for room service or antything , felt very safe and scary .     1.The room had several cracks on the walls, which affected the overall comfort and appearance. 2.The basin tap was broken and not functional. 3.The razor in the shaving kit was already broken and unusable. 4.Additionally, I had requested for the food bill to be added to my room charges, but the staff refused to do so. I hope you will look into these matters seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the experience for future.

    It's not a hotel, it's a lodge. Check in was pathetic. Reception at the time of check in was rude, arrogant and disrespectful person. Room service was another challenge, they took almost 30 mins to bring a bottle of water. No Towels, no brush, the bathroom tap was rusted. A foul smell everywhere in the room and they did not have any room freshener. I am feeling sick when I checked out of Hotel.

    I am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at this property, was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, I was given one of the worst rooms, and despite being informed that 24-hour in-room dining service was available, I received a call at 10:30 PM stating that the kitchen would be closing soon and urging me to place an order immediately. This contradicted the earlier assurance and created unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, there appeared to be a serious communication gap between the reception and the restaurant staff. I was repeatedly asked by the restaurant team to make immediate payments for every order placed before 10:30 PM, insisting that all food must be paid for upfront — something that was never communicated at the time of check-in. This level of service was far below expectations and not in line with the standards I anticipated. I hope they take this feedback constructively and address these issues to improve the guest experience moving forward.

    Disappointed with Our Stay Despite Good Disappointed stay experience

    My family and I had a disappointing experience during our stay at this hotel, which we had chosen based on the many positive reviews on this site. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect those ratings. Here are the key issues we faced: • There was no Wi-Fi connectivity even after raising the issue multiple times with the staff • The room had damp walls and noticeable leakage from the balcony and bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable • Basic amenities were missing, no toiletry kit or towels were provided in the room • Tea was served in broken glasses which raised serious hygiene and safety concerns • The front desk staff was unresponsive and unhelpful even after we brought all of these issues to his attention It seemed to us that either the rooms allocated to us were in particularly poor condition or the overall maintenance and management of the property has declined significantly. Additionally, the hotel promotes a “Satisfaction Guarantee” with a promise of reimbursement if guests are not happy with their experience however, this was not honored or acknowledged in our case. Overall, we were quite let down and hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the guest experience
