not a good stay
family with 1 kidHotel amenities were very poor, no toiletries, no kettle, no tea coffee sachets!! Rooms very congested and small with cockroaches and bugs

Overall okay experience
Overall experience was okayish. Only outdoor area is good. They don't accept credit card at this moment. Room was small and suffocation was there. Bedsheets were not clean. It was an average experience to be honest. Not recommended for those who have nice picture in their mind for this resort. Pool was dirty. Food was way too expensive.

Average Stay
The food is tasty, and the portion sizes are generous. However, the rooms are just average. Toiletries don’t include a tissue roll, and water bottles are not provided with room service. There’s no restaurant at the moment, so meals are served in rooms or can be enjoyed in the lawn. The restaurant is still under construction. Overall, i mostly enjoyed the food.

Awesome place
Location is 8-10 km from panvel, place is awesome for weekend, well maintained resort, with cooperative staff, food is awesome as they serve fresh food because of which it takes little time. Overall review is great.

Excellent Stay
The stay at Raaj Resort was excellent. The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast was offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was just perfect for a walk around the natural green surroundings. We highly recommended the stay for staycations.🙏

Good Stay
Experience was too good. Best resort with all amenities like indoor game, swimming pools and kids playgrounds. I recommend visit once. Only bad thing is food is too costly

I will never recommend it to anybody
The room was not clean, there were dark stains on the bedsheet along with hairs. In this hot summer, they are given 500 ml water bottles per person per day. And they are charging 50Rs on 1 L bottle. Last but not least, the food was horrible. After ordering on the first day, We have decided to not eat there and will go outside and eat Vada Pav for the remaining 2 days.

Simple and clean property. Good service
We were worried about one bad negative review on google, however our experience was amazing. The property seems to be new, there smallest rooms are maybe a 120 sqft and cramped up - ok for a couple, while outside the room, they have good space in the veranda. The service was good, food was nice and simple and fresh. They have swimming pool, big lawn area, indoor games with pool and chess and an orchard. Moreover a good place to do weddings as well.

Poor Stay
The room was nice and clean, the food prices were exorbitant! nearly 2 times the rates of a good restaurant and outside food was not allowed. As for taste. We had to throw away some food as it was not properly cooked.

Peaceful, clean and full of greenery
It is a clean, well maintained resort with comfort suits and very tasty food. The peaceful ambiance full of greenery and a pool is best way for relaxing out of city chaos. The staffs are mostly local and very sweet in nature.

Good Stay
familyStay was excellent, food was good. Had a wonderful experience. Only feedback is hot water should be provided 24x7 instead of only 4 hours i. E. 6am to 10am. Rest everything is good, if you are looking for a place to relax for 2 days than you can give a try.

Service and staff was pathetic… No focus on customer service.. hot water only available in morning. No food post 9.30pm No reception available for billing and check out despite updating them on check out timing. Not at all enjoyed the stay @ property
