Shrushti - The Village Resort

It was a nice stay and room was cleaned and nice

no proper service as mentioned in your details, property and premises condition is also not good.

Srishti is a good resort according to price. we enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool is big. but there is no baby swimming pool. also some tubes for babies are required for swimming. nature is beautiful there.

Stay was okay but swimming pool was not cleaned and food service was not available nd room was too far from Mai city

Cleanliness can be improved, no kitchen at property only tea served so i had to order from outside which takes about an hour no matter lunch or dinner. TV was working that day, geyser wasn’t working either, power cuts. Few years back it was well maintained but now its not.

the overall hygiene was not up to the mark… swimming pool was dirty and staff was not cooperative …. they didn’t have their kitchen working. we had to starve

This hotel is basically for wedding and famiy functions basically a banquet, not for family or couple stay. Kitchen was closed, no glasses provided, no dustbin available. No phone in the room to call home service. No room cleaning after the visit.

Family of frogs were living in the swimming pool. Washrooms were okish. No telephone extensions in the rooms. Still the rooms were spacious and the staff was helpful.

The best resort in the nearby panvel. The rooms are also nice and clean. Recommended to everyone. A big lawn and swimming pool is the attraction.

It's just an okay resort, lots of mosquitos in the room and the quilt caused a lot of itching wasn't a very pleasant stay.

Bad guest service experience and zero cleanliness of the pool and ok room. Rooms are fully occupied with mosquito. No value for money

The staff is very polite, the property is neat and clean, and there is clean water in the swimming pool. The room interior is very good with wooden art work. Option for bluetooth music is available. Ambience is good.

Staff and environment of resort was amazing. Food quantity and quantity also good. Best time to visit this resort is monsoon time.

Not stasfied with service and rooms as per price. Rooms are like small lodge. No restaurants at property. Very bad experience no cable recharge or power failure

Location is good, rooms are clean, food we ordered from their chinese corner which was awesome, they provide homemade food also if ordered in advance, wifi is there, tv was not working but 8/10 will give to our stay

Firstly, we waited for so long to gate to be opened. . Room was not up to the mark. No arrangement for tea / coffees, breakfast need to depend on outsource. It's was so scary 3dogs continuous barking in side the premises. All together very bad experience. No thanks. I don't want to avail any discount

surrounding was good, but the our experience was not good, they don't have in house pantry for food, we were not able to use the swimming pool as well, as we asked for some ice cubes the ice box was not clean+ ice cubes where dirty, the tv had no single ...my money was not worth it while staying there

Rooms and the property is very good, as well as the service. Food option was not available but that was okay, on call food from a nearby restaurant was available.
