Very un unsuteble place No staaafff no arrenge ment no cleaning all management r poor thirdclass place

The farmstay was great. The property gives a very authentic vibe with modern amenities. You get an option of tent or cottage stay as per your liking. They serve breakfast and have a cook on the stay if other food requirements need to be met. There is a swimming pool and other recreation games. The beach is closeby and easily accessible. The facilities provided by the farmstay are upto mark and provide for a very calm and serene stay away from city chaos.

Very Bad experience for this property,, Property not maintained, Poor service, Electricity problem, food option not available, wifi service not working, tv not working,no indoor ourdoor game here everything here were like scrap. Property require much more maintenance. You have to think what to do here!!! Before your booking. Pls. Think much more before booking.

The stay overall was ok for the deal price but the following big issues with the property - The property was not clean at all things were broken and whole property has lots of bugs and insects ( yes, big spiders and ants included ) that bite you making the experience horrible - The whole show was run by one poor chap who did everything from handling reception , to room service , to cook only brownie points for his efforts to make our stay bearable - The rooms are old and having parts that are not maintained ( broken tables , chairs, and even light bulbs lying in the pathways and the creepers literally creeping the hell out of the non lit walkways to access the property. - The load shedding is another issue that makes you go mad. Dead in the middle of night, power goes off and generator kicks in and this happens atleast 3-4 times in a night. - The rooms have very audible walls and one speaking in one room can be heard in the other , so privacy gone for a toss - The food here was edible but again due to lack of people the food reached our table always late and cold, also while doing this it also has very strict timings for food which if you miss the only close stop for food is 11Kms away on the highway. - The pool is also always dirty and with lots of bugs and insects and leaves to garnish the already unclean water - the whole experience was so bad that I felt they'd rather close shop than work like this to a very good potential property with decent pricing and good service. - once again mention for to run shop for everything but not being able to do a lot since it wasn't practically possible.Owners please understand the shortfalls ..

They said in this season we close the pool why?

poor service, no staff, insects are all over, rooms are not maintained, i have book for 2 nights but i have checked out within 1 day that also they didn't not refund me, have told to clean room they don't do it. 1

Not Recommended On Rainy Season. Room are not ready for rainy season also power cut issue. Only Airtel Sim Network. Wifi Issue.

awesome place surrounded by nature , trees and vintage vibe. cool climate. pool is well. and the cottage and outside garden are specially best.

The property was huge with a very calm vibe, the cottages were pretty and big, worth the money. The staff was helpful and everything was provided on one call. Recommend this stay to everyone who loves to stay by nature with very rustic vibes

Poor linen, cockroaches and insects n ants in room .no food menu. As mentioned in facilities some are not available or up to date play area pool stick n net broken carrom net broken ,books filled with dirt. No restaurant in premises no gym no spa no security. Food avg poor quality.not suitable at all for family and kids. Afternoon around 4 pm to late night2pm loud music n alcohol n smoking near pool garden area was going on.rooms are next to each other no peace of mind at all. What people talking in next room is audible. After complaining manager twice n thrice his response was he cnt help it n he told us to adjust fr Sat night. We checked out early 5pm it took 1hr to move out. As parking was not done properly. Thy didn’t knew whose car it was and no record was maintained.

Stay was good but food service not good,hygiene not maintained,mosquitoes and rat are there in the rooms,please correct that

Hospitality is very poor, Room Facility is extremely poor ,Hotel Manager behavior is very weard.,Room Ac don't have cooling, TV is not working

No amenities at all, no Wi-Fi, no TV, no dental kit, no SPA, no food menu... Also informed to customer care Ms. Nikita Singh but no response. We called again and escalated to supervisor but no one called...

Except the room, nothing was good. Food was very average and very less options were available. They just served us idli along with tea/coffee in the name of complimentary breakfast. Any other item was chargeable. This according to the receptionist, was because this is an managed property and this is policy. The staff of the hotel except for the receptionist neither spoke Hindi nor English and they couldn’t even speak Marathi properly. The water which was initially served was fine. However, when we asked for additional water, they served us water in some loose bottle which was stale. They have mentioned a lot of inclusions online which the room should have like mini fridge, bathrobe, slippers, dental kit etc. However, there was nothing present in the room. Even the shampoo, shower gel and conditioner were in a loose bottles which didn’t seem fresh. We asked for a dental kit and they charged us for this in our final bill! We saw lizards in the bathroom which was uncomfortable. There was no proper signal and even the wifi connectivity was poor.

Awesome experience. Food was too good. Loved the taste. Pool is very nice. Staff is very cooperative. Must visit.

We booked a stay at this hotel with breakfast included in our package. However, we were disappointed to find that the breakfast offering was limited to only idli. For anything else, we had to order a la carte, which was an additional cost. This did not meet our expectations, especially since we specifically paid for a breakfast-inclusive package

Food in room was denied saying that then rats will disturb us while sleeping. Facility needs major maintenance.

Game zone was not maintained which can be done better. Environment was good. Stay was good. And hospitality was good.
