OMG, that was the worst trip ever! I'm never using them again. They didn't even check the basics! The room was huge, but we couldn't sleep because of the fan. The pool was gross, no TV, and the bathroom was filthy. Plus, it was impossible to get a hold of the front desk. Seriously, it wasn't worth the money. And get this, they said all this happened *because* I booked online!

starting room gave for 3500 rs doesn't worth it.. felt like lonely in a jungle... contacted person not responded properly.. cut the call in mid way... reception people were noce

pathetic Property They offer Many Facilities But there is just lodge set up.. Door lock not working.. flesh not working... No Kettiles.. Totally Bad Experience... Before Booking Check all the negative reviews.Bcoz negative may be Genuine.....

Complementary breakfast was good. Safety wise i felt uncomfortable because of the below reasons 1. Location is remote 2. The lights were not put when we reached the stay and had to call the care taker to find the place 3. Car parking is in a rough area with no lights 4. The rooms doesn't have the facility with bolts inside. Only one lock which the key is provided and duplicate key is available with the staff as well. This made me so nervous and insecure. The bedsheets and blankets were so itchy

Overall good experience. The location also very good. Swimming pool is there but no chlorination or water treatment. Bathroom doors have no sufficient locks from inside.

Rooms are too dirty. Towels as if they never have cleaned. Coffee/tea/milk have burnt taste. Food quantity and quanlity is something we experienced first time, coz it’s too unexpectable

Not worth the price. Rooms are not maintained well. Staff was very rude. Location is kind of deserted area. Only attraction is the pool and the view. But please don't fall for that.

Host and property manager was too rude, didn’t allow music, didn’t allow food and appetisers near the pool area, not flexible in making the guest comfortable.

It is one of the best location to enjoy the winter. On top of a hill surrounded by so-many hills, the view is amazing. The pool with a dining area on top of a cliff is really a nice experience. Don’t miss sunrise and sunset. But the cottage is just basic, everything inside it needs a refurbishment. Food is ok. The soup they served was one of the worst i tasted. Barbecue was good. Host attitude is also good. They didn’t provide tea bags and sugar. We had to wait till 8 for a tea. The phone is dead and we had to ask multiple times for things like dental kit, kettle etc.
