Resort is on the main road at the entrance of Yelagiri. Outside maintenance is good, but room upkeep can be improved. Balcony areas are dusty due to strong winds. parking is limited and its not covered parking.

Overall Stay was good. the room was clean but there were no Wi-Fi signal in the room. Mobile network connectivity was also poor. After repeated tried we finally got DTH in our room.

**Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Unclean Conditions** The service was extremely unsatisfactory. Basic amenities like floor mats were missing, and the pillows were dirty and unhygienic. The overall condition of the room was poor and in desperate need of renovation. Immediate improvements are necessary to meet even the most basic standards of comfort and cleanliness.

"I stayed there last week. I had to wait 45 minutes for a room to be allocated. After entering the room, I noticed that the bathroom and toilet were not properly cleaned. I tried calling the reception, but there was no response. However, the booking contact person was responsive and helpful. The staff service was not satisfactory. Overall, the experience was okay, not bad.

Our room was provided significantly late, which was already frustrating. To make matters worse, the bedsheets on the bed were visibly used, dirty, and unkempt. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lapse in hygiene and service standards.

It was nice stay. The hotel was located near the lake (about half a km from Lake). Good scenary view. Opposite to hotel was a good Vegan restaurant

I would sincerely advise not to choose this resort as we had a worst experience here. first of all the room was not ready ontime upon our arrival which was already late by 1 hour. even then they took another 1 hour to let us checkin citing the room cleaning is going on. Checkin time was 12 pm but we ended up checking in by 2 pm only. worst part is the guy at reception was careless and said I told the customer care rep to inform you about the delay. second worst experience is there is no security guard to guide the guests for right parking. cars were parked ver unorganised way and we had to complain it to the reception and then they called the respective guests to re park it. next comes the room cleaniness . it was stinking and dirty. Hairs were found in the drain . Worst part was encountered in the night as the water supply was very less. Early in the morning the next day they had some motor problems and there was no water supply at all and later they organised external sources. The lift was not working due to the power cut . Though. genset was available they didn't switch it on. All the guests at the hotel were literally upset and were complaining.

The water facility was not good. The Air conditioner's working condition was too bad and water was flowing from the A.C. As a group we faced the worst situations at the resort.

booked ac room provided non ac room. water wont come. hygine is a big question immediately shifted to opposite hotel.

The swimming pool is good my kids enjoyed it , The rooms are clean and neat , Good response by the receptionist.

PA Resot is very good, looks neet & clean. Reception Kesavan and assistant they are very kind and politely handling. The swimming pool and other features are good. We have enjoyed the trip and accommodations was so comportable.

Our recent stay at P A Resort was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Upon checking into our three booked rooms, it was immediately apparent that the rooms had not been properly cleaned after the previous occupants. The condition of the bathrooms in all three rooms was terrible, with significant yellow-colored dirt and a general lack of maintenance. The water heaters also appeared to be poorly maintained. We found the bedsheets were not clean, and despite paying for additional pillows, they were not provided. Adding to the issues, the TVs in the rooms were not working upon check-in, displaying messages that the recharge was due. The resort seemed severely understaffed, with only one person for maintenance and one at the reception, which likely contributed to the overall lack of upkeep. Facilities such as the swimming pool and indoor play area were also not properly maintained. Overall, the resort did not live up to the promising description provided online. It was a truly terrible experience, and we would not recommend staying here.

My stay was overall very comfortable and enjoyable. The property is well-located, clean, and the staff were courteous. One small issue was that the AC wasn’t working properly. It would be great if a small complimentary offering like drinking water, breakfast, or dinner could be included. Apart from that, everything was great!

Good to stay with family. But no restaurant available during our visit. Room us clean and spacious.

It's more like a lodge than a resort. No attached restaurant, no kids play area or lawn. Bed sheets are not washed properly.
