Review Of OTEL FEEL COMFORT

The hotel is near the main road. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Shower has hot water. Tv actually works. The bed was comfy. Staff was courteous and helped me check-in and check-out quickly. The only con is small cockroaches in the bathroom which could be fixed. And they could keep some ready to make tea or coffee in the room.

First time i am leaving a review before checking out from a hotel. Have stayed in 100's of hotels, first time i have stayed at a place that i will say "better than home. Wow! i don't have enough words. Staying at otel feel comfort was an experience. Everything was picture perfect. Hospitality comes from the heart. They just take care of each and every detail of your stay from your heart. I should tell a few of my experiences- i went to the reception to get a towel. They immediately asked why i came down - they will send it up. Whatever u want comes at the minute. No waiting. Swiggy delivered my order in the reception. Before i go and collect it - they knock my room and deliver it. No waiting. There was too much music sound from my next room. I call and say. Next minute they come personally to my next room - ask them to lower the volume and check with me if i am ok now. Neatness and cleanliness are in detail. Room smells good. Politeness & hospitality of the staff - above the world. They go to any extent to satisfy the guests. Everything, every single thing is in detail and taken care off. For the amount i paid, this hotel is multiple worth. Will not even look for another hotel in bangalore in the future and recommend everyone to stay here. Safe for families & everyone. More than the review and rating, the owner of this property and his team of staff deserves huge respect for their humble deed which is very rare in today's world.

The hotel was good to stay. The people were very co-operative. Even though the food was not cooked at hotel but hotel people were arranging from outside and were serving. The amenities was good and service was also good.

The location is near airport, the best part is that they have a paid pick up car service as we landed at 2 am. The owner kartik was very understanding and helpful. The room was clean, service was great. . We had some unforeseen issue of an earlier guest who had left the water taps open, all water drained out. The hotel refunded the full stay amount. This was really very noble of kartik the owner. Thank you
