asking for extra charge for staying for 2 people. room condition is not good. no geyser service and all other service are average.

the worst hotel in agra thay did not clean the room also even i ask a water bottle thay did not provide thay charge extra 250 rupees for room service charges worst i did not this type of hotel i stay lot of hotels worst of worst no hot water also waste and worst dont go this type of hotels

Me and four of my friends went to Agra to take the exam, so that time we stayed in this hotel which we had booked, but when we reached there, nothing was as we had expected. We had booked a small room, the room was small but it was so dirty but the condition of the walls of the room was so bad and the bedsheet was also so dirty and neither the TV was working nor the AC was cooling. All this was there but there were no amenities in the washroom like soap etc. The locks of the room door were broken as the hotel staff had shown in the pictures that the room would be so good, it was not like that. There is only one thing good in this hotel, that is the hotel staff talks nicely. Otherwise the rooms are in very bad and very old condition.
