Review Of Organic Villa Cottages (on Varakala Cliff)

Food was not provided Stay was not good, there was no power even during night we faced lot of difficulty due to power cut issue they don't have any back up for power Maintenance is very bad

Stay was nice. It is around 15 steps away from the cliff. Parking space could have been better. But none to complain about the stay. Stay was nice

few things 1. 📺 not working 2. ⁠ac not working 3. ⁠bathroom very bad 4. ⁠locked are not working

Lots of ants were there other than that it is good place very near to the cliff good restaurants nearby

The caretakers are a warm and friendly couple, always greeting you with a smile. However, the external photographs are highly misleading, to say the very least. If you think you're going to a peaceful quiet cosy spot by the sea, you would be mistaken. The place is high up on the cliff, and in the middle of the hustle and bustle of varkala. There is no sea view at all, at least in the first cottage. Be careful if you have a four wheeler because they have limited parking space and a very tight access. Additionally, some of the amenities they have mentioned in the room do not exist. There is no electric kettle, no room service/pillow menu since there is no attached restaurant (but there are panty of cafes around, there is a tv but there's nothing on it as the set top box won't work. A very average place at best. The caretakers are a warm and friendly couple. However, the pictures on the property are very misleading, to say the least. If one is expecting a quiet isolated place by the sea, they would be utterly disappointed because it is located on the cliff (albeit the view of the sea is amazing from there) and right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of varkala. There was no sea view in the cottage i was given. There was no view at all, since there is a tall building right in front of the cottage. Even the sea view from the other cottages would be quite distant. The amenities they have listed are also somewhat misleading. There is no electric kettle, no room service/pillow menu as there is no attached restaurant. There are several cafes around but nothing like a room service provided by the place. Those taking their four wheelers should know that the parking area is small and its access is tight. Overall a pretty average place and not worth the price, in my opinion.

Didnt get the cottage what i booked. Enterly different image posted. No waste bin and floor mat were available. Water shortage sometimes, tv was not working. Difficult parking, only 1 car can hold. Total dissapointed stay except outer view.

The room is on the back side of a full fledged resturant and the view is not like shown. Otherwise the room is ok clean and decent. There is no kettle

The stay was good and the location was nice. Only one thing which i felt was the property was not maintained properly. The owner should keep the surroundings neatly. Otherwise everything was good. Food was also very nice.

It's a wonderful experience with mm t bookings and never get disappointed and now i just received from cancel-led amount back in my account. Regards

Stay is good. Good room and care taker is so helpfull. Neat room. Bathroom is neat and good. The problem is car parking. Their is no sufficient space for car parking but care taker helped to park car safely. Also like the name of cottage sea view is not possible because there is a restaurant in front of the cottage if we open the curtain people in the restaurant can see inside the room so there will be no privacy. Rest of the things are good. Its a nice stay. Nothing. Rest of the things are super. Nice stay. Only car parking and sea view is the problem

Clean and good rooms, car parking is an issue in the narrow space can eat your peace of mind as if anyone needs to move you need to be available

The property is under renovation so the property looks like an under construction site and not what the photos on the depict. The owner of the property is a nice guy and helpful. Just that the amount that i paid for 2 nights is not something you would pay for the property that i stayed in
