Terrible amenities. The caretaker did not provide a key-card even after asking so there was a lot of hassle going up and down the building to collect food and orders as without a key-card we could not go to our floor via the lift. The furniture in the apartment was broken and the flooring was also in disrepair, there were nails sticking out the floor. There was mold in the wardrobe, the jet spray was broken. There were a lot of power issues, even with just one fan the power kept flickering and the caretaker was very dismissive of the concerns just asking us to turn off all appliances like geyser, induction, microwave, and ac (which weren't on to begin with. We had to cut our trip short and relocate due to the terrible experience.
