staff are very rudes, washroom me pani ka problem, toiletries bhi nhi thi aur bedsheets or pillow bhi clean nhi tha

location not correct. no where near to Iscon Temple. it is behind Kailash hospital colony. No sign boards or hotel names to locate. The reception person was very rude.

Very bad place. Room were in bad condition + smelly. Not hygienic at all. Even the person at the reception was also very rude. We did not stay there, in night we have to find another hotel because this place was nothing like shown in pictures. Locality, outside view was good but room condition. Worst experience till now.

Pathetic rooms and dirty linen and no rooms have proper light , no tv was provided in fact the washrooms are also not working properly. I changed 3-4 rooms to find the best room but none of the rooms were perfect. even rooms don't have the keys. There are a lot of mosquitos inside the room

It could be better if I could live on road for 1 night. Extreme smell Unhygienic No packed drinking water available in hotel Door can't be locked because there was no key provided and we were told that it's lost. Too much water leakage in washroom No moping and brooming was done, used Cigarette and too much ash was there. Rude and unprofessional staff. They were not aware about prepaid booking, had to stay at reception front of rude and unprofessional staff. Mirror was kept on floor in the room. Quilt cover was extremely dirty and torn from so many places. No handwash in washroom, used soap was provided. Entire night we were scaring, it was looking like anyone can enter in room because it couldn't be even locked from inside. Plaster was coming out of walls. Insects and mosquitoes made the night terrible.

I went there and shocked by their room. Basically they got only one room available for me which is not very well maintained and i didn't get another option there.

Was asked to pay for use of ac. Extra. Very bad way of making money. Highly unprofessional. The customer has to be informed at time of booking of any such malicious tactics of the hotel. Mm t is equally at fault for supporting such cheating practises.

The hotel is not per the expectations and completely different from the pictures as shown, i face very much inconvenience and it is the worst experience i ever had, wastage of money and time too. So i suggest not to choose this hotel as the services are very bad. I will surely complain about the hotel because the experience is so horrible.

Paid extra payment to hotel at the time of check in.

The property is not well maintained and probably this explains low cost. The food is wonderful, overall average.

Location is inside sector road, hard to enter the location as the gates are closed. Property contact no is always not reachable as the incoming is barred for the number. No service at all, i was staying at 3rd floor, no phone in the rook to contact for any emergency or requirement. Bathroom is so unhygienic, mat be public toilet is better than the property bathroom. Toilet flush was not working, flow of water in other taps was almost zero. Even after complain it was not entertained. I reached at property at 1 am in the night, bed mattress is torn, have had itching in my whole body all the night. Total waste of money, request property. I am in the office without having shower ; proper clean up. Horrible experience. Having the photographs of room & bathroom as a proof.

Although Staff was supportive but My room AC was not working and they were not ready to give another room. Rather than they asked me to checkin in another hotel. I tried all night but no response so I guess this the quality of service. You just make fool of customers nothing else. So just keep it up and loot your customers.

Not good because no cleaning smell in room, towel and all are smelling, phone not working, washroom smell

The room was the worst, the staff was the worst, the bathroom was very dirty, the room smelled bad, the food arrangement was the worst, room service was also useless.

Room was not clean. No water is coming in the bathroom and flush. Mosquitos are there. Lights are not working. Rude behaviour forced me to take only this room.

Property shown and the property on real time was totally different as the room was so dirty, unclean, damaged and unhygienic.

The property was not great, rooms were not cleaned, restrooms were dirty and most of the rooms didn't had flush, staff behaviour was pathetic, i would not recommend anyone to go to this property.

Door and door lock was broken, no tv, in bathroom flush was not working, tab was broken, staf was not supportive, they were asking for ext a money.
