It is very good, the surroundings, independent studio room for cozy environment

When we went to this hotel. Hotel owner mr lobo told there was some problem with property and he asked to come to different location 5 km away from this property. Again he shared wrong location and we had to wait for 35 mins more for him to arrive. He argued unnecessarily and said we booked 1 room and he is offering 2 bedroom apartment. He took us to room on third floor of apartment but forgot the key of the room. Again we had to wait for 40minutes for him to arrive along with the key. Finally we checked in to the room and found the broken bed. When we complain he told anyway your booking was for 1 bed only. Story doesn't end here. There was no cylinder n stove to cook. No lawn and mentioned no wifi no toiletries no room service arrogant people and useless hotel n service

Location was good. Place was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful

It was our family trip. The location was easily accessible. The caretaker was very helpful. There were a few things that I want to mention that they need to take care of about the cockroaches as I have a little kid and I faced little problems because of the cockroaches. Maintenance of the bathroom was much needed. Not going to recommend this property.

Room was clean and it was having good amenities, food was good and tasty, the staff was good as well. Pick up and drop facility is available from the Airport but on chargeable basis, they should make it free.

The plug points were placed at a great height, it was great difficulty charging your phones, tables were not good. The room was very small. There was no house keeping, no one to attend or look after you. No phones placed to contact anyone. Drinking water was not available.

Everything so far from apartment nk, i need to pay taxi so much extra fro just come to main market and no other taxi driver wants to come this location. Away from beach, and should go walk there. I asked for owner for taxi but not always available and if available they ask me for more money as per market rate.

Clean and neat room. Just opposite royal palms ... Good stay at affordable price ... Bike arranged at nominal rates ... Staff is very professional and courtesies .. Room and stay was as promised ... No season or any extra charges
