What went well:
1. Location of the property is in the main road and next to a petrol bunk. Accessibility is a major plus.
2. Car park is available but on first come first serve basis.
3. Lift access available for those who require it
4. Service apartment is spacious for a family of 4 to 6 members.
5. Furnished apartment with sofa, dining table and separate beds for the 2 rooms with the options of AC and non AC, based on the booking done.
What can be better:
1. Restrooms are clean but found family of cockroaches. Would be good to a pest cleaning service periodically
2. A small sized medimix soap would have been a luxury in 1970s, but we are not in that day and age. A bigger sized current day soap, handwash is necessary
3. A personal kit such as toothbrush, paste and a comb will add merit to select the property next time.
