We had a terrible experience. We were denied boarding at the hotel and were told to shift to an alternate hotel as they said that our rooms are already occupied. When we confronted the hotel, one mr. Manish tried to tell us that they haven't received any confirmation from mmt. When we showed them that we had made the entire payment for the resort more than a month back, how can they deny us rooms, they said they cannot help as they do not have any booking in our room and said that they have arranged for an alternate booking at shah villa hotel which is near to their hotel and which as per them also belongs to the same owner and is a better property. After lot of arguments, we did not have any other option left as it was about 8pm and we were stuck up with kids and ladies. Even we tried contacting mmt, but our call didn't go thorugh. We visited shah villa and found that hotel to be way below par than wild mark. While we had to put up at shah villa resort, but we demanded a total refund from wild mark and mm t as we found that we were practically cheated by both wild mark resort and mmt. It appears that this is a common tactic adopted by wild mark resort. They show the hotel and book at higher rates and then when guests reach the hotel, they say rooms already booked and try to shift you to other lower grade hotels. Since it's a jungle area and in the peak season you do not have much choice but to fall for this. This is my worst ever experience with mmt. While i received a message that the refund had been initiated, till date i have not received the refund. I will definitely share this experience in social media and advise others not to book wild mark resort ever.
