Someone in the room kept tap opened in wrong direction, issue was resolved & we offered to change the room, for Rs. 200 we can only provide Dosa or idli & coffee or tea, Pls don't visit again

Check googlemap property is abutting village with houses next to property, This person is the worst customer we ever had, his review is also as him. You are unwelcome.

Thank You, there are plenty of restaurants within 2-3 kms from property, swiggy, zomato deliver too.

Its under construction and with no basic service. Once you reach there, you can’t find any cabs. They dont have any food service. Swiggy, zomato doesn’t work. No wi-fi. The staff is extremely rude and if you question them, they won’t mind throwing you out. We had to leave the hotel in 30 mins of check in because of the staff and owner’s behaviour and lack of basic facilities. No

What construction work is she talking about. Restauran at the property offers basic food & there are local delivery aps to deliver food. Just because they did not get a cab to go to nandi hills they went mad and out of frustration spit out thrash here. We can offer room, can't take care of cabs, etc, also since the booking was non-refundable they couldn't get their booking cancel-led by the agency through which booking was done. This increased their frustration.

If tea is asked to be served when the restaurant is not open we can't help. We aren't operating restaurant 24 hrs but specific hours only. So if that allows us 3* be so, we don't want such customers too again patronize our property

This team smoked, threq chunks all across the balcony, they said they are from corporate but were shabby people without basic etiquette. They ordered food from local delivery app too just because restaurants wasn't functional of that gives us 2*. Our website clearly states we serve basic food & customer can avail local delivery app, we shall provide our dining area to sit & eat there.

The location is amazing.....in the midst of nature...you can really chill and relax and destress...they dont have restaurant of their own...but you can order online....The caretaker Saddam is very polite...I liked the ambience most

Great service from the hotel

The hotel was almost empty when we went and the safety practices were good. It's very peaceful and village environment. No one will disturb u and u can njy the nature very well. Value for money. U can drink in the open area without disturbing anyone.
