Disappointing Stay Despite Main Road Location

The hotel is right on the main road, which makes it easy to find, but the location itself is not very pleasant as it is situated above a wine shop. Parking is also quite inconvenient. The bathroom was not clean, and no towel was provided, which was disappointing. To make things worse, there was a power cut that lasted almost the entire night, and the property had no power backup. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and far from satisfactory.

Hotel staff is responsive. They are available all the time. Hotel washroom is also clean. They are also providing dental kit, shampoo and bath soap which is also good.

Beds and sheets were clean and rooms were well maintained. It's a newly constructed property. Has a liquor store on the ground floor with a range of available brands and spirits.

familyStay was wonderful...we reached banglore at odd hrs & our connecting flight also got delayed, they were kind enough to arrange a check in for us at around 3am. Its a nice property👍
