familyI was denied room as the hotel didn't accept booking from make my trip. They made to wait the whole night in road and concluded they didn't receive any billing

Property location so easy. But he said me ( after reached the location) room is not available, and tell me to arrange any another hatak or room because my resort is full. I saw to him please give my money, he told me please cordoned to makemytrip. And last i give double payment for another room. So please arrange to send my money return. Thanks
