I booked a Rohtang view room but the one offered to me was a Rohtang view through a electric transformer , such a fake claim regards to the view of room , staff was super lazy and won’t recommend breakfast as there are hardly any options available , really know I seriously doubt booking online through such MMT types sites , zero trust

while hotel check in . The person at reception Shri Ravikant informed me that, your booking doesn't include payment of child and extra person. you have to pay the same. Electric cut-off frequently, No back up facility. Cup provided in room are broken. Room and balcony is filled with flies...Pillow are dirty. blanket is dusty and bad smell. no toilet tissue provided. Food was terrible with lots of chilli. make your mouth burn.provided cold food in breakfast.

Worthless , Zero Hospitality, uncomfortable for family, disturbing noises all the night, washroom were dirty, water leaking so on....

Location- 10/10, food- chef was not available-0/10, amenities- 5/10 ( toiletries were not available until asked, hot water kettle was not working, service-7/10

No housekeeping or any other staff available. Hospitality is not good. There is no one to help you in carrying your luggage to room.

Hotel was nice. Staff behavior was very good. But food was the worst part that's why i am rating 4 star instead of 5. . Actually food was very bad.

Our stay at Matsya Manali was good. Pros : Good Views from room ; Peaceful environment away from crowd ; Good if you have own Vehicle ; Food was ok ; Polite staff Cons : You go thinking its a hotel but feel like a homestay ; Less staff so you have to ask for everything ; They are trying their best but its a disappointment if you go with expectation of 3 star like facilities and professional staff.

Staffs are very polite and humble guys. The room was clean and tidy. Food was very tasty and at a reasonable price. I loved it.
