Food is not good at the scale of 1 to 5 Food is 2 only Stay 5 comfortable with new renovation of the hotel. Request to keep Tea & Coffee cattle in the room Now a days everywhere we stay this is a compulsory item in the room

Overall it can be rated good at the maximum. Breakfast needs a lot to improve instead of just leaving the food item on the table. Variation in menu is a necessity and should be pondered upon.

Room is spacious but no kattle , tea bags & mineral water bottle. Food is not good. Breakfast menu was only poha & idli on the first day and idli & uttapam on the second day.

I never seen such bad service anywhere at MTDC, very bad washroom condition, I asked tea and coffee, staff provided me broken and unwashed cups, same time I wrote the complaint in book. At the time checkin manager asked me extra charges for my daughter, already I had mentioned her real age at the time of booking but MTDC manager took 784 rs extra by stating that she is 12 year old.

The quality of the room was very bad and bed spreads towels provided was not cleaned properly and the manager was not supportive, even the room was not dusted properly

I am visiting shirdi since 2015 and only stay at MTDC pilgrim inn. The property added new wing in 2019 and has now renovated the old rooms. The property is near the samadhi mandir. Excellent location.

Rooms are neat and clean, good location, but food quality and taste is poor, need to improve. Tea was horrible!

Rooms are big nd good but lots of mosquito nd cockroaches are in the room my children are American citizens with sensitive skin so don't like it rest is fine

Good size rooms and decent tariff. Close proximity to temple. Homely food and nice staff.

I booked for 7 people including 5 adult and 2 children (16 years each). I clearly mentioned age of both child. I also paid the total amount charged by MMT. but hotel charged me ₹1232 extra saying that MMT only charged 5 adult and they consider a person more than 12 years of age. so I have to pay extra charges for 2 people. In the hotel they were very regid that I have to pay this much otherwise they won't allow my stay. I was with my family so I didn't argue much and paid the amount. I am very disappointed

It was excellent, only breakfast was not satisfactory room where excellent & staffs where good... again we will come to stay
