Nice service and room as well as the best location in town! Staff is helpful

Poorly maintained room with average food in restaurant Staff was helpful no complaints regarding that. However, under-staff issue causes such issues

Rooms best but more expensive TV not working housekeeping Staff co operative but Canteen staff talk rudely

MTDC Nagpur , I found on Make my trip app. Property is situated in one of the posh location in Nagpur. Huge property of MTDC wich is properly maintained . Staff is cooperative and polite. Rooms are big in huge size and fresh with clean washroom. Car parking is big one and for drivers there is separate wash room to get fresh and bath. Restaurant is at ground level and breakfast which we have eat is funstastic and tasty.Fast service experienced in restaurant. Overall great experience and appeal to everyone to book and stay in MTD C Nagpur.

Unhygienic food at tangerine restaurant. Flies and small bugs were all over the place and always found their way into food. My relative got sick as a result of that and spent her two days of stay suffering with diahorrea and vomiting. Breakfast was again spotted with flies so i preferred to juat skip it. Room cleanliness was another concern. You see dirty linen, blackened carpet, uncleaned commode around edges, unmoooer flooring etc

Rooms are ok kind, but wash room not maintained properly water blocked at the entry of the wash room,

Hotel is under renovation. Things I didn’t like , old mattress not comfortable, old TV not working, no hangers in cupboards, no complimentary water bottle, Ac remote was not working, bucket was broken, old schooled door with lock n key, not much items in breakfast only 3-4 items,

renovation work is going on, so dust is everywhere. Rather Staff is very helpful and attentive.

At the time of check in they denied any reservation but agreed when showed the the make my trip itinerary they reluctantly agreed. The room service is horrible. Despite repeated requests the none came to clean up the room. The linen was not changed. The staff is slow in action. Quite possibly they are more interested in pleasing their bosses

Expired teabags, site under construction, unsettled dust in vip rooms. Terrible checkin experience, i got sick on the 2nd day of my stay and then realised that this place is not worth staying.

Great experience in terms of cleanliness and comfort in the room. Everything was new and the feel was awesome. However somethings still needs to be improved. Such as tv was not in working condition and despite complaints multiple times it was not fixed.

I found the place to stay online and the hotel is nice and the services are good

For 3, i booked standard ac deluxe room which was showing 2 single beds and one double bed in photo. At hotel they tried to give me a room having one double bed. All the while asking how much i paid and asking for difference to pay. Later gave me a room on condition that i will vacate it before 9 am. Despite prior booking, this kind of behaviour is really pathetic. No drinking water in the room. Later after arguing, they gave me the room. Total corruption i guess.

There was no water available for 5 hrs in the room when we checked in. I know it is useless to tell to you as it will b seen by ai.
