very nice hotel .. good clean rooms .. good clam and polite staff.. food was also good

Property was good. But staff was very arrogant. Staff was asking for extra payment for bed when it was already paid through make my trip. They were asking more money and were arguing over that.

Location is in the middle of the city, good room and atmosphere, sheets were clean, satisfied with stay..

Room are good value for money neat & clean but service like water bottle handed to you directly in your hand at reception, no one come with you for showing the room just they gave keys to your hand and say this is room number. Very bad culture.

Location is excellent and property good but no restaurant or food available and no direct intercom so difficult to manage eleventh hour requirement

The staff is very professional and polite. Rooms are very clean and maintained hygiene as per corporate rooms. Smooth check in, rooms are very awesome. I'm happy to stay here with my friends.

New premium rooms hotel at ramdaspeth. Near wardha road airport. Rooms are luxurious. Friendly and supporting staff. Happy to stay here.

This is a newly constructed hotel. Biggest issue is zero sound proofing in the room. Literally construction noise from 7am. Corridor, front room television sound till 2am in night. And most icky: sewer lines for bathroom run between room walls. So every-time somebody on upper floor flushes, you can hear it. Room/furniture was clean but sound made stay kind of unbearable. I had to keep my room tv on throughout just to drown out external noise. Also, 0 kitchen supplies. Not even plate, spoon and saucer. Even if you get food from swiggy, eating in room was hassle. Not good

Hotel location is good, but the problem is parking, hotel parking is almost 500 meter from hotel. And other problem is ents, there are small ents romaning over the bed.
