Location of this property is excellent. Problems are: unhygienic, water crisis, television sets are not working in any room.

Hotel is good and clean and affordable rate. Also it is situated near all main places of nagpur.

Hi i am solo traveller stayed in renuka inn for 2 days no hot water, no tv, no maintenance near to st stand i can advise traveller's not to stay in this hotel i can give 1/5

Service too poor. Tea came after 1. 5 hours. Food stale. Location good but services staff not much cooperative.

It is a good hotel near to bus stand, food is quite costly, they don't allow outside food, they only accept cash.

Good place and clean and neat staff is also very good.

It was not Worth the price. Room was not modernized, bed sheets and blankets were also old and discolored.

It's good, not excellent but good for a short stay of 1 day, they don't allow outside food strictly.

This hotel TV is not working, telephone not working, lift is not working, if you have given order of food, they avoid, and I have order 1 cup of tea, and they adding charges of other customer, when I am say that I have not ordered food. Very wastage of money if you have stay here.

Rooms were not clean The receptionist was unprofessional, impolite, pathetic and lack ethics Rooms were messy, untidy and not value for the money Room service/staff didn't attend any calls rather we had to call reception to get things done that too we had to remind them 4,5 times every time. Hotel staff lacked professionalism Food preparation seemed unhygienic(kitchen) Food tables were dirty and had stained covers. No variety for breakfast was given. Although MMT gave me a good deal but the Hotel Renuka Inn was way below the minimum mark The hotel should educate their staff about some basic things. Avoid staying here

The receptionist behavior is very cheap No manners etc.

Some kind of satisfaction as it was on emergency, price is bit high but service was not up to mark, in noon hours only cook was not available.

I am a regular customer of Make my trip, this hotel normal tariff less for AC but you charged me more for 2 non-ac rooms, its horrible and I shocked when checked in, very dirty hotel.

There was a lot of bad service to check-in that hotel, so nobody should go to that hotel.

Good food and room service staff

The wifi was not working, water was dripping from the ac like a tap on the bed, no hot water in bathroom, rooms were dirty. There was no extra pair of bed sheets in the hotel. I didn't expect this from make my trip. I called the call centre but he was not very helpful either.
