They book hotels with new photos, but when you book a hotel on MakeMyTrip, they fool you. You get an old hotel with no service; it's terrible.

Excellent fo night stay. Very near to Nagpur airport. Near Main road. Very quiet atmosphere. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable size of room. 24 hrs hot water.

Stay was excellent but surprised TV channels were not charged and hotel staff kept on promising to start...

Excellent Stay
It was a pleasant stay. The staffs were really polite. I even reached a couple of hours before the checking time but they were kind enough to allot me a room without any fuss. It is located near the airport and is pretty cheap compared to the other hotels in that 2-3 km radius.

businessPlace is decent, but the only issue is not a single person was there to assist in baggage transfer to room, short of staffs

Terrible Stay
It is not hotel, their service is worse than service apartments. For room keys, need to go to another hotel. No room service, not even cup of tea. Even packaged water, they bring from outside.

The property you stayed in is our annexe property, designed to provide neat, clean, and spacious rooms, which many of our corporate guests appreciate. While it operates differently from our main hotel, we strive to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests. To avoid any misunderstanding, we have clearly mentioned on OTA platforms that food and beverage services are not provided in the annexe. However, we provide one complimentary packaged water bottle in the room, and additional bottles are available upon request but its chargeable . Additionally, tea kettles, tea bags, coffee pouches, milk pouches, and sugar packets are provided in the room so guests can prepare tea or coffee as per their preference. For convenience, we also offer filtered water bottles in the fridge located in the second-floor lobby as a complimentary service. We value your feedback and will continue working to enhance the guest experience. Thank you again for your understanding.

Worth staying in this hotel
The place has a great ambience. The receptionist was really supportive, humble and polite. The rooms were clean and the rooms support staff was punctual. There is always a scope of improvement where they can start the food service in the second building i. E. Majestic annexe.

It is economical and very good for single person. Room was clean and bathroom was sanitized. Bath towel and bed clean and comfortable. It is on wardha road near to airport metro, very close to airport.

Awesome place to stay near nagpur airport. Irrespective of reaching early they cooperated and allowed early check in. Room, bathroom are clean and hygienic. Most recommended
