Electricity issue , cleanliness issue and rest is good but i think it can be more clean .

Room were not as We expected they were smelly and Washrooms were not clean too. Gates Were broken too

Room was not properly cleaned, old room type. The bed sheet and others were of poor quality.No ventilation or exhaust fan in the toilet also. In breakfast you get just poha and bread.

Decent property with well trained staff. Even considered request to arrange Jain food on demand

I've stayed here for just one day this property is too old pathetic stay they didn't even have lights is there corridor, lift was not working.I reached there at 12.05am after a stressfull day and thought the rooms would be as similar what shows. but it was a 180flip nothing like they shown in the picture. I literally have to search for my room with my phone's flashlight.they give me a room on 2nd floor and the lift was not working. there were street dogs on there stairs. when i opened my room it was stinking like a trash been. room was very dirty . bed was broken they fixed it by bricks. they have tv in the room when i switched on the tv there was no signal. not even a single channel was subscribed. There blanket was too small to fit my 5'6" height. overall it was a pathetic stay they always show the room and hotel is totally totally different. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE NEVER EVER GONNA BOOK

Good and support staff,so good ,railway station and metro station just waking distance, always so happy staying

I have booked room city side but at reception person said that room have not available at city side and provided a room which bathroom is very compacted, also my breakfast was complimentary but quality of breakfast is very poor. Room service also not good and people response is very delayed.
