That hotel very bad bathroom,thay use water used water bottles nand fill the out side water fan sounds like crackers

Excellent stay and food at hotel staff is also helpful and hotel is very clean

After check-in my room, I tried to start AC, it was not working, I called reception and told them about it, they told me that they will check...after that I went out for the day, at evening, when I came back, I called the reception again as AC was still not working, they said they will send someone in two minutes. No one came. I spent whole night with fan even after booking deluxe room

This property was recommended by an invitee . it is a home stay but neat and clean . Breakfast options can be improved

Good one . Budgeted and we four of friends booked this hotel and it is nice value for money . We booked with break fast but we didn’t use that option due to early check out at 6 am

Good place to stay for a day when you are travelling but breakfast was not up to the mark...but it’s a best a pocket friendly stay

Hotel staff is not replace my blankets cover. As i came first day the hotel only change my blankets only one time. Also the breakfast is not good

Hotel location is good ( quite lane) with outside parking space. Room was good for the price paid and all the staff members were prompt and helpful except the hotel manager Mr Vipin, who was rude during the checkin. I booked Deluxe room through Makemytrip, however he insisted to allocate Executive ( lower category) room saying there is no difference in both. If there is no difference then why there is a price difference of 400 INR.

I had a decent stay at gayatri inn, nagpur. The staff was cooperative and helpful. However, the breakfast was below average and could be improved. Overall, it's a good option for a short stay with basic amenities and courteous service.

Hotel manager have my booked room to other customer and told us to stay in his other far hotel branch. We experienced very difficulty to make and complete our work at Nagpur. We complaints but no one take care

Room was small for 3 people and was asked to shift to their other branch for a larger room. Overall experience was not good enough. All information about room should be given at the time of booking. That's all.

Hotel Room, Staff, Location, every thing is fine .. Most of the Hotels in Nagpur don't have any facility for Guest Driver .. But This Hotel provide proper space and Bed for my Driver .. And that is surely a plus point of this hotel. Over all a good stay, Value for money ...

It was a good experience. This hotel We prefer because of its location, homely surrounding, easy access to important places. We wanted to visit both market as well as airport to see of my relative. Room was well maintained. Staff is well behaved. Check in and Check out was done quite efficiently.

It was nice experience but MMT cost was too much. If MMT would have given better discount the experience wld have been far better otherwise it was a pleasant stay @ the hotel. WOuld recommend all but its just book in advance and pay online to attain the discount. Thanks

Staff was very helpful, rooms were fully equipped, hotel was near to many attractive places, amenities were very attractive, many facilities was provided by hotel, we got late check out on request which helped me alottt
