Very bad response from make my trip. Make my trip is unable to understand customer issue and they are not listening to customer. Very bad response

Was greeted by the statement that" booking not received and no rooms available "had to wait for almost 45 mins to get the room. Bad customer service

The room space was good, but cleanliness was not proper. Toilet was stinking very bad, and even after cleaning, it didn't smell good.

The hotel gave us a room on the floor where renovation work was going on and so there was dust everywhere the room was not clean on arrival. Room service and hotel services in general was terrible. Even for getting drinking water i had to make several calls to reception and room service to finally be able to get some water to drink. The room did not have a refrigerator and the tv also did not work. The water in the washroom was boiling hot all the time for some reason which did not resolve even after complaining. The staff did not seem to care about helping around with anything or resolving any issues. The breakfast served was limited to 3 items only and was cold and did not taste or feel fresh at all.

The floors are not clean, they smell in the bathroom, the phone is not working, no keys for door, after multiple reminder for something no one response,

No service, no cleaning. Water leakage in bathroom, ac not working properly

My experience is very bad, as there is a renovation work is going so all the dust was in my room, ac was not working proper, the towel which they had given to me was very badly, i had asked to change my room but no one had help me,

Less hygiene and not properly maintained

Room was spacious. Enjoyed the stay.

No one to clean the property. Basic amenities like tv are also not working? i think make my trip executive has not even visited the property?
