The only good thing about this property was the Presidential Suite room. However, even in the room there was an issue—the AC was not working properly. you may go ahead. But when you spend that amount, you naturally expect the property to have at least some facilities. Here, there was neither a lift nor a gym, and the staff was not good either. The only positive was the chef, as the food was good.
It took me 40 minutes just to check in because of the unprofessional staff who misguided me. Even after making mistakes, they were not ready to admit them, and not once did they apologize—even though it was clearly visible that I had a 5-month-old baby with me.
I had booked the room mainly for its view, but because of the 40 minutes wasted at check-in, it was already dark by the time I got to the room. So not only was my time wasted, but I also missed the view I paid for, and on top of that, my baby was troubled during the wait.
To add to this, the reception staff would only switch on the AC when asked.
