It is a new property with an amazing view of mountains from valley view rooms. Rooms are very nicely decorated like a 5 star hotel. It is little away from the hustle bustle of the nainital, as it is near to bhimtal. The staff is helpful especially the restaurant staff named vijay who is good at handling our food requests professionally. Another biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is next to the paragliding take off zone, we also did paragliding and it was very convenient for us due to proximity. The hotel is also adding more features there i could see some workers were working over there but there was no inconvenience to the guest due to that. I have been to nainital many times and that place is just crowded, this now when i explored bhimtal and naukuchiyatal i enjoyed it more here as these two are less crowded and have more activities than nainital. Definitely recommend this resort to others.

Poor Stay

Shabby room. Washroom with dirty smell. Improper management and the person in the reception was not at helpful. Being a rush period although booked ahead got a low category and then had to upgrade at own cost. Total wastage of money and spoiled our holiday.

The property was well maintained and very beautiful. The most important part of any property is its hospitality and I would give 5 out of 5 for that. The staff were very polite, fast and cooperative. The food was also very good both in taste and quality.

Loved the food at this property. The chef is truly amazing, and the staff is courteous. Giving it perfect 10/10 for food. Location is perfect with a very scenic view, room is spacious and very clean.

They won’t allow outside foods and were adamant about it. The reason they gave is health issue where as all the hotels and big chain slow the same on request. The rooms constructed are nice in appearance.

The location of the property is really good. You have good space for car parking. I recommend taking hill view room as it will give you the best experience. Very humble and courteous staff. Food menu is limited, but taste of food is really good. You can also ask the staff to get you kumaoni style dinner/lunch. Overall, i shall give 5 stars.

Pathetic Service and amenities

Needed to spend 1 hour in room because plumber was repairing the flush so after paying, i got a room which was not ready and then gyser was not working in the washroom so I had to take bath in cold water. Electricity was going on and off and no backup was there and when I asked your staff why it is happening then he told please ask the government for that. Food service was next level, you can order food at lunch time so that it can atleast arrive by dinner time, pathetic experience on that part. Won’t recommend to anyone to stay in this property.
