Poor Stay
They don't have provided room heaters as this is very basic needs at the manali, also they have mentioned that they will provide born fire but they told us that they don't have wood to burn. Also they give us rooms for check-in by 12 only and we were there by 9 am and we also had words with them for the same that they will provide us the room asap. During the check-in waiting period we have used their restaurant washroom and it was totally unhygienic and dirty, i complained for the same but they told that our sweeper is still not coming yet we can't do anything in it. They don't even apologize for anything. If we talk about free breakfast, there were only 2 items in their menu which we demand again and again to refill it. There were no management no enthusiasm in any employee of the hotel. But they very very very aggressive for the check out time. Pathetic experience i ever had through booking vai make my trip because make my trip is always focused and providing best services in this competitive era. Thanks for asking me for the feedback.

Good Stay
coupleStay & service was fine but their buffet food is average. Otherwise it’s a value for money stay. .

Average standard
First of all the location of the hotel not far from the main market and bus stop, so i can say location is good. Food is not tasty as much they charged money for food, hygiene is good at here and safety also good here. Staff is also good here.

Staff not helpful, food is average, rooms are quite small as compared to the pictures shared.
The hotel staff wasn’t willing to adjust to our needs or help us out with our requests. In a place like manali where there is cold weather throughout the year, a heater is expected to be provided by the hotel, whereas here they were charging over and above the tariff. We asked for born-fire for which we were told about so many restrictions like loud music and time limitations till only 10. 30pm that it cannot happen and after insisting, they told us such high unexplainable charges. Then later the next day another big group came for which they organised it all. We felt cheated and then they gave us also a separate bonfire the next day when the argument got heated up.

Great hotel with amazing staff and mountain view
I stayed here for 3 nights i had an amazing time the view from my balcony was great, they have very supportive staff, mr krishna is very helpful in nature they provide us a taxi service with very affordable price with a well behaved driver. It's nearby busstop.

Very bad experience
Food quality are very poor, staff are not coperative. Frost time i manali but hotel experience is very bad.

No water in bathroom

Nice and peaceful stay with poor food service
Everything was good except the food and foid service. The food was very light even we specifically asked them to keep it spicey. The room service was very slow. They kept forgetting everything we ordered. It was very irritating experience. Firstly they said that we have buffet and later they informed there is no buffet and by the time it was very late. They could serve only dal fry. Staff behavior is very nice.

Excellent
Now this is what we called an excellent place to send holidays. Specially the owner Mr. Aman. He is so friendly person i have ever met. Even the staff members are also very nice and helpful. Vijay, krishna, Lalit and all. if you want hazzle free and most enjoyable holiday in Manali. Just go for Mountain Nest. Its the only property which has been a wooden interior and exterior looks. Always want to to visit there whenever i had trip to Manali

Poo-or expereince. No service at all
Room were extremely small n congesyed. Even water bottles were not complementry and dental kits were not available. Food was in very bad qaulity!
