Dear Mr Gautam We appreciate for your valuable time to review us . As you mentioned on the check-in day that you wanted a room on Mall Road, but our hotel is approximately 600 meters away from Mall Road. When you reached the hotel, you liked the room, the only problem was with parking. Sir, you had trouble parking, which our staff assisted you with. Manali is a hilly area, so the roads are sometimes straight and sometimes steep, which we cannot change. We are responsible for hotel services, food, and rooms, and for providing you with other services and information about Manali. When you make a booking, the bathroom details are mentioned in it, and it’s also noted online that there are stairs from the parking to the hotel, with 38 steps, not 100. Since your booking was made online, so, you can discuss any rate disputes with them. There was no confusion in providing the room, sir; you requested two rooms at check-in, so the staff provided two rooms. We asked you to vacate one room because the booking was for one Deluxe Family Suite only. Twenty minutes after your check-in, after speaking with you, you agreed to vacate the unused room and did so.
