Hotel is on such a height. No cleanliness. No basic amenities like hot water after paying so much money. Food options are limited with poor taste. Rooms are small and congested. Only 2 staff responsible for cleaning and cooking both. Room charge is high as per the facilities

Oh, how delightful to hear your observations! It seems the "height" of our location in Hasta, Sethan truly took you by surprise, despite being so prominently featured in our hotel information. We do so strive for transparency, after all. Regarding the hot water, we're positively thrilled it was "very well provided" for both your jacuzzi indulgence and your bathroom needs. It's almost as if we anticipated such requirements! And rest assured, our "very enough staff" are indeed quite distinct in their roles; our cooking and cleaning teams operate in entirely separate universes, just as you'd expect. As for our room charges, we find them to be quite the bargain, considering the unparalleled thrill of our elevated locale and the sheer luxury of an in-room jacuzzi. Perhaps the view from up here offers a fresh perspective on value?

Please don't book this hotel... we booked hotel room 3 weeks prior....received a call from hotel on the day of check in that room has some leakage issue and offered another room in another hotel which was far from the place we booked....when asked lady informed new hotel is just 400 metrrs from our hotel ... the truth is we came to know from someone that hotelbwe booked was under renovation for more than 3 weeks and they are still taking bookings and on the day of check in they call up and say some excuse like leakage and offer another hotel room... . please be careful before booking. They call on the day of checkin as they know where tourist will go last moment and have to accept their offer. the hotel she offered was of not that level , it was type of homestay...just in that they have installed a jacuzzi ...service wise extremely disappointing

Yes, we had some issue at the property and that was notified to you 2 days prior to the check-in. We actually offered you a complete refund and also asked you if you want us to transfer the booking to nearby property with same category of rooms? Guest what! you choose to opt for transferring the booking to other property and we showed you the room photos as well. We provided you the room at other property after you selected the room. And also we upgraded your category of room. You booked with us room without jacuzzi and we provided you room with jacuzzi. After utilising all the resources, how convenient is to rate us 1.

Hospitality terrible. They didnt give any food. Bread was eaten by rats. They told us to go to other cafe for dinner. I had booked 2 meals.they told me to applyfor refund from make my trip

The stay was cozy but the maintenance could have been better! Jacuzzi experience was amazing and the team there are very co operative!! Food was average but the whole experience was definitely something to come back to!

It was a great experience staying in this hotel. The rooms were neat and clean and with amazing views. Great service and hospitality. The bed was cozy and of top quality. The bathroom was nice with good quality fittings. Food was good. Overall a great experience.

Amazing concept of property with beautiful room and mesmerizing mountains view. Chef Vijay was amazing and offered delicious food. Staff was very polite and helpful. Quick service and also helped in booking return cab. I loved he stay will visit again ❤️

coupleJaquzzi were not working,and room were not heating properly offered broken heater,however i paid extra 1000 inr for food instead of breakfast and dinner were included in booking.curtain were also broken in some part,inside room Ac exhaust cable were outside which makes room interior waste of money after paying 25000 for a day
