Overall average stay but still lots of scope of improvement is there in terms of indoor activities, swimming pool etc.,

The hotel is overly outdated, the food is expensive and of poor quality, and the air conditioning is very noisy. Nothing but a typical one-star hotel at the reception—no air conditioning, In the bath area, no warm water, no hand towel, no slippers, no hand wash, no bath kit available, and in the tea section, please check the expiration date and ant over all the area. ........waste of money.

No room service no hot water no wifi no room cutlery breakfast served after 1 hour of order. Shaif not available in resort

Room is not ready when we check in room don't have tea coffee maker hot water is not at afternoon time complimentary breakfast time after 9am

Good stay, excellent dance bar, no swimming pool, right ambience, poor room services, average cleanliness.

Bathroom is so dirty. Stay is not comfortable. Found 4 cokroach is room. No cleanliness. Garden view is good.

Firstly, management was so unorganised. We were not able to lock our room door from outside we we were trying to leave our room for some outside activities. They haven't slowed the problem until we got frustrated. Secondly, there are no car park facilities for guest. It's totally worst experience we have have with makemytrip.

Food is not good. There is discussed while booking of room there is 10%discount in restrorant but staff has denied the same.

I had a few guests over, and they kept on calling that your guests were not allowed to be in your room during the day. The property wasn't maintained as per the pictures shown as well

Mtv rooms are old room service are very bad, one water bottle price is 48 so please don't dinner or lunch this hotel. Also not providing bathroom kit.

I reached at 11 45 pm and they thought i have cancel-led my booking and room not prepared. Room was stinking and it took 10 mins with full a c on and room freshner to get those bad smells to go out. Mosquitos were also there. No wi fi morning also it took 30 mins to get warm water and multiple phone calls. Landline has connection issue

Very good hotel specially the swimming pool room.

The hotel should have some arrangement with some taxi company to assist The guest staying there. Now guest have to make his own transport arrangements. Uber and Ola facility is not there because of remote location of the hotel. This is big draw back. Next time I will think twice before booking room there.
