The rooms are clean but, washrooms are poorly planned, nowhere to keep soap or toothbrush the service was very good, specially at the restaurant, although breakfast needs massive improvement. The dinner was really tasty. The Hotel overall is good, with focused approach, can be a great place

The amount they are charging are totally worth it. The rooms, amenities, food and services by reception and all was very good must visit.

excellent property. you will get the same rooms as shown in the picture. clean, neat and tidy rooms. fast room service. excellent breakfast. you will get ample of options in breakfast. swimming pool water was clean. overall management is excellent. do visit.

Receptionist behaviour wasn’t appropriate. No buffet was displayed in the breakfast. Service during meals was really very sub standards. Rest of the things were fine. Room was clean. Thank you so much for whatever was provided.

I already informed for late check in at 1:00 am , although rooms were not ready , AC was not working , complained 2 times still after that again changed my room at 3:30 AM , Breakfast was terrible ,

The desk executive was very disgusting. he behaved very rudely. the General manager who was there was equally rude and my experience was horrible. I had paid for complimentary breakfast and dinner but I was told that as there were limited guest boufey won't be served. there was some hair color left on the bathing towels which they claimed were damaged and demanded Rs 2000. we were not allowed to leave the hotel until we paid the amount, when I insisted to meet the owner, he came and resolved the issue. it was not pride like experience

hotal is in prime location, room,room,service and dinner and breakfast is good

Location was little off. Room dth was not even recharged. Nothing happened even after reminding. Rooms were clean.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Property is beautiful. Location very far from main cities and still lots of things are under renovation.

The rooms ate super clean, very spacious and excellent ambiance, staffs are really nice, and good food with excellent service.

The rooms were clean however to toiletries were not provided. Overall the experience was good. The food quality was good. But breakfast options should be added more
