The hotel is overly outdated, the food is expensive and of poor quality, and the air conditioning is very noisy. Nothing but a typical one-star hotel at the reception—no air conditioning, In the bath area, no warm water, no hand towel, no slippers, no hand wash, no bath kit available, and in the tea section, please check the expiration date and ant over all the area. ........waste of money.

Firstly, management was so unorganised. We were not able to lock our room door from outside we we were trying to leave our room for some outside activities. They haven't slowed the problem until we got frustrated. Secondly, there are no car park facilities for guest. It's totally worst experience we have have with makemytrip.

I had a few guests over, and they kept on calling that your guests were not allowed to be in your room during the day. The property wasn't maintained as per the pictures shown as well

businessI reached at 11 45 pm and they thought i have cancel-led my booking and room not prepared. Room was stinking and it took 10 mins with full a c on and room freshner to get those bad smells to go out. Mosquitos were also there. No wi fi morning also it took 30 mins to get warm water and multiple phone calls. Landline has connection issue

Transport arrangements

The hotel should have some arrangement with some taxi company to assist The guest staying there. Now guest have to make his own transport arrangements. Uber and Ola facility is not there because of remote location of the hotel. This is big draw back. Next time I will think twice before booking room there.

Worst experience in hotel rooms. No cleanliness, poor service, no customer friendly, takes extra charges though you book via online.

Sorry to hear that Mr. Harsh Shah. You were charged extra for upgrading your two rooms from deluxe and Premiere deluxe category to executive suite. You said we do not have such budget therefore we gave at very low additional rate charges. Secondly, in The morning you checked out from The resort without clearing your food bills whose invoice amount was above INR 2000. When our executive reached you to collect The amount your words were I will write bad review on online portals.
